Welcome to the Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration platform for the 36th Asia-Pacific Venue Industry Congress, June 2026.

Please read the following information to guide you through how to navigate this registration site. 

 

Step 1 - Who Are You Registering?  Individual or Multiple Registrations

  • via the previous page, you will have chosen whether to register for an Individual Sponsor/Exhibitor Pass or Group Sponsor/Exhibitor Passes to register multiple other colleagues

Step 2 - Choose your Exhibition Stand package & Register

  • Choose your Exhibition Stand Inclusive Package size (single or double booth size) on the Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration Pass Selection page
  • ESSENTIAL FOR A STAND INCLUSIVE PACKAGE TO BE CHOSEN AS THE FIRST REGISTRATON TYPE FOR YOUR COMPANY. Subsequent registrations then choose a Sponsor/Exhibitor or Stand Attendee pass choice without the stand.
  • The booking system will then move into the registration portal where you complete your 1 x included Sponsor/Exhibitor Full 3 Day Registration Form which is provided as part of your Exhibition Stand Inclusive package including adding any Optional Extras required:
    • Accommodation package
    • Extra Social Event tickets (if you wish to bring a guest to particular social events)

Step 3 - Registering a team?

  • If you chose Multiple Group Registrations at Step 1, now register the additional Sponsor/Exhibitor Congress Passes for colleagues
  • Select “Register” beside the next name (via the Registration Booking Summary page of the 1st registrant)
  • Choose a Congress Pass type:
    • Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration Full 3 Day - full session access - includes Welcome Sessions + Welcome Reception (Sun), After 5! Networking Event (Mon) + Gala Dinner (Tues)
    • Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration 2 Day (Monday+Tuesday) - full session access - includes After 5! Networking Event (Mon) + Gala Dinner (Tues)
    • Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration Sunday Only - full session access - includes Welcome Sessions + Welcome Reception
    • Stand Attendee - Monday+Tuesday - no session access - includes After 5! Networking Event (Mon) + Exhibitor Trade Stand setup only (Sun)
    • Stand Attendee - Monday Only - no session access - includes After 5! Networking Event
    • Stand Attendee - Tuesday Only - no session access - no Social Events included
    • NOTE: Sunday does not have a Stand Attendee choice. Chose the Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration Sunday Only - full session access
  • Complete the Registration Form for each registrant including adding any Optional Extras required for any of the registrations:
    • Accommodation package
    • Social Event tickets (if not included in the Congress Pass type choice)
    • Extra Social Event tickets (if you wish to bring a guest to particular social events)
  • Repeat until complete for the amount of registrations you chose

Accommodation Information

Optional - Add a 3 night Accommodation Package. VMA has secured room blocks at 2 hotels in close proximity to the Adelaide Convention Centre - Intercontinental Adelaide Hotel or The Playford Hotel Adelaide - MGallery Collection. To include a 3 night accommodation package to your registration, please choose your hotel, select the date range from Sunday June 14 to June 17 (3 nights checking out on Wednesday 17th June) then click on the 'Search' button to view the options. The cost will be added to your registration booking.

Extending your stay? The special Congress rate is offered by the hotels for the pre & post nights of the Congress - Saturday 13th and Wednesday 17th June but are not guaranteed and subject to hotel availability. If you wish to stay for a pre or post Congress night, include the night/s in your accommodation booking (which will be added to your invoice) and the VMA team will check availability with the hotel and advise you.

An invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation email. 

Payment can be made via:

  • Credit Card (contact VMA to process; surcharge applies)
  • EventsAir Pay - follow the link below to the online payment platform (fees apply)

 

Payment terms: 14 days from invoice date. 

Full payment must be received prior to Congress. Unpaid registrations may be cancelled in accordance with the Congress Terms & Conditions.
