Please read the following information to guide you through how to navigate this registration site. 


Step 1 - Who Are You Registering? Individual or Multiple Registrations

  • via the previous page, you will have chosen whether to register for an Individual Congress Pass or multiple Group Congress Passes for other colleagues

Step 2 - Congress Registration Pass type choice and Delegate Registration

  • choose a Congress Pass type:
    • Full 3 Day Delegate Registration - includes Welcome Sessions + Welcome Reception (Sun), After 5! Networking Event (Mon) + Gala Dinner (Tues)
    • 2 Day (Monday+Tuesday) Delegate Registration - includes After 5! Networking Event (Mon) + Gala Dinner (Tues)
    • Sunday Only Delegate Registration - includes Welcome Sessions + Welcome Reception
    • Monday Only Delegate Registration - includes After 5! Networking Event
    • Tuesday Only Delegate Registration - no Social Events included or Tuesday Only Delegate Registration - Gala Dinner included
  • complete the Registration Form 
  • add any Optional Extras required to the registration:
    • Accommodation package
    • Social Event tickets (if not included in your Congress Pass type choice)
    • Extra Social Event tickets (if you wish to bring a guest to particular social events)
  • REGISTERING A TEAM?
    • complete the registration form for Delegate 1 - starts with the 'Delegate Registration Pass Selection' page
    • via the Registration Booking Summary page, Select “Register” beside the next name 
    • Repeat until complete for the amount of registrations you chose

Accommodation Information

Optional - Add a 3 night Accommodation Package. VMA has secured room blocks at 2 hotels in close proximity to the Adelaide Convention Centre - The Playford Hotel Adelaide - MGallery Collection and The Oval Hotel. NOTE: The Intercontinental Adelaide room block is full and not currently available as a choice. To include a 3 night accommodation package to your registration, please choose your hotel, select the date range from Sunday June 14 to June 17 (3 nights checking out on Wednesday 17th June) then click on the 'Search' button to view the options. The cost will be added to your registration booking.

Extending your stay? The special Congress rate is offered by the hotels for the pre & post nights of the Congress - Saturday 13th and Wednesday 17th June but are not guaranteed and subject to hotel availability. If you wish to stay for a pre or post Congress night, include the night/s in your accommodation booking (which will be added to your invoice) and the VMA team will check availability with the hotel and advise you.

  • Credit Card (contact VMA to process; surcharge applies)
  • EventsAir Pay - follow the link below to the online payment platform (fees apply)

 

Payment terms: 14 days from invoice date. 

Full payment must be received prior to Congress. Unpaid registrations may be cancelled in accordance with the Congress Terms & Conditions.
